Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We are committed to ensuring your wine experience is as enjoyable as possible and this includes an easy, hassle free delivery. If you have any questions or issues regarding the delivery of your wines, please talk to us on 1300 760 708.

Our  Wines Customers are from all around Australia and we put a lot of time and effort into making sure that wherever you are, the best possible delivery network is available to get your wines to you quickly and easily.

Where do we deliver?

Our  Wines can deliver wine to anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters. Please refer to our terms and conditions for restricted postal zones.

All rural Australia Post deliveries will be left at the local Post Office for collection to be specified. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking of your wine, we prefer that where possible you provide an address where you will be available to sign for receipt upon delivery during normal business hours. Please note – wine cannot be delivered to, or collected by persons under the age of 18 years.

Undeliverable Wines. If a carton of wine is deemed undeliverable by the assigned carrier, they will advise Our Wines, who will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
